Automatization of the measurements of spectral parameters in resonant microwave systems

Popis:	In present work we introduce a measuring device that can be used for investigation of the spectral parameters in resonant microwave systems with high Q factor. The device consists of a microwave generator (G4–142), a control unit, a system of data collection, processing, and transition, PC and software for working with obtained data. Testing measurements in open resonators with dielectrics are also presented.
