Popis: Interactions in the Bi2S3-CuCr2Te4 system were studied by methods of physicochemical analysis: differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray phase analysis (XRD), microstructural analysis (MSA), as well as by measuring density and microhardness, and a phase diagram was constructed. The Bi2S3-CuCr2Te4 system belongs to the quasibinary, eutectic type. The composition of the eutectic formed between the Bi2S3 and CuCr2Te4 components in the system is 30 mol % CuCr2Te4 at 600°С. The results of the microstructure analysis show that the system has homogeneous regions in terms of the initial components. In the system at room temperature, based on Bi2S3, solid solutions reach up to 5 mol % CuCr2Te4, and based on the CuCr2Te4 compound, up to -12 mol % Bi2S3.
