Popis:	BACKGROUND An analysis of 2 kidney transplants from the same donor at the same center enables us to analyze the influence of risk factors on the outcome of the grafts in different recipients. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 88 kidneys from 44 donors that were implanted in 88 recipients at our institution between 2007-2016.
