| Popis: | The case histories of six patients with Adams-Stokes seizures and attacks of tachy- and bradycardia are reported. Two patients were managed by pacemaker implantation alone, while three patients had to be treated with the combination of pacemaker and a beta-receptor-blocking drug. The necessity of continuous ECG supervision for diagnosis of the arrhythmias, for selection of proper therapy, and control during therapeutical trials is stressed. |
