World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 8 until 9 percent women suffering from breast cancer and 84 million people died from cancer between 2005-2015. The high incidence and fatality rate of cancer could be minimized with prevention especially implemented by adolescents with health educational backgrounds. This study aims to determine association between knowledge, attitude, information exposure and health workers support with breast self-examination (BSE) as an early detection of breast cancer in students at the Faculty of Public Health, Mulawarman University. This was an observational study with cross-sectional approach. The subjects were 114 female students chosen by purposive sampling.
