This paper examines the relationship between nighttime satellite imagery and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) in Vietnam's provinces. The research findings reveal a statistically significant correlation between nighttime lights and per capita GDP. However, the correlation between population density and per capita GDP is found to be less significant. On the other hand, the study does not find any significant relationship between PM2.5 pollution and per capita GDP in Vietnam's provinces. |
