Popis: PREVIOUS investigations1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 have proved conclusively the solid protection afforded by Enders's live measles-virus vaccine given alone or in combination with human immune globulin. The pattern of measles antibody level after vaccination has shown such similarity to that which follows natural measles as to suggest that the immunity induced by the vaccine will be as persistent as that resulting from the disease itself. Protection against natural measles has been shown to last for at least three years after the vaccine given alone without immune globulin. This report presents data showing persistence of antibody and protective efficacy for at least two years . . .
