The article reports a patient with an unusually large synovial chondromatosis of the temporomandibular joint. In this clinical case, the extremely rare sizes of chondral bodies are given, because of which it was required to expand the standard access to the TMJ with the isolation of the trunk and branches of the facial nerve.В статье сообщается о пациентке с необычайно большим синовиальным хондроматозом височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС). В данном клиническом случае приведены крайне редкие размеры хондральных тел, из-за которых потребовалось расширить стандартный доступ к ВНЧС с выделением ствола и ветвей лицевого нерва. |
