A 6 hour method for determining the extracellular fluid volume in human subjects

Popis:	In 25 subjects the bromide space was estimated at 6 and 24 hours following an oral dose of NH482Br. There was no significant difference between the values obtained at these two times and it is therefore concluded that an estimate of the extracellular fluid, accurate within the limitations of the method, may be obtained 6 hours after the time of administration.
