Popis:	In stage II colorectal cancer, adjuvant chemotherapy is controversial, and overtreatment is substantial due to suboptimal risk stratification. In a recent New England Journal of Medicine article reporting from a prospective randomized phase II trial, Tie and colleagues demonstrate how ctDNA-guided risk-stratification reduces the use of adjuvant chemotherapy without compromising recurrence risk.
