Popis: | Protein phosphatase activities were analyzed in vivo in Xenopus oocytes. The dephosphorylation of microinjected beta casein was inhibited when the tumor promoter okadaic acid was microinjected into oocytes. Inhibition was dose dependent and reversible; 50% of activity was recovered 15-30 minutes after microinjection. |
