Popis: | Sustainability leads to the construction of more wind turbines on land. This installation is governed by rules of public law. Local residents living in the vicinity of wind turbines fear for their health and for the loss of value of their homes. This contribution examines whether and to what extent Dutch liability law offers the possibility to local residents to receive compensation for this damage. The Principles of European Tort Law are also addressed. |
