| Popis: | Adenocarcinomas usually have a complex genome comprised of multiple chromosomal alterations. These neoplasms rarely express a single genomic change. We report the first case of an endometrial adenocarcinoma demonstrating a single genomic variation in chromosome 1 associated with a 2 1 2 -year survival. The finding of this anomaly may be important in determining the etiology and clinical behavior of uterine malignancies. |
