Popis: | Restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of hsp65 gene was performed on museum strains of mycobacteria using Hin6I restrictase. Study of restriction profiles allowed us to distinguish mycobacterial species of the MAIS complex and several strains of nontuberculous mycobacteria. |
