| Popis: | We report a case in which vocal and motor tics (Tourettism) developed after the administration of clomipramine hydrochloride in a young patient with obsessive compulsive disorder and schizoid personality disorder. Several hypotheses for this occurrence are proposed based on the suggested pathogenesis of Tourette syndrome. |
