Popis:	An experiment was carried out to measure the cell mediated immune response in pigs by sensitising the animals with 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). The pigs could be sensitised with one application of DNCB. The appropriate site for application and the sensitising and challenge dose were standardised. The histological response was characteristic of a delayed hypersensitivity reaction.
