Popis:	We describe a case of orthotopic liver transplantation used as a therapeutic method to correct high output cardiac failure related to a liver arteriovenous fistula due to hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Detailed hemodynamic changes as they occurred during liver transplantation are described.
