| Popis: | Based on the biochemical similarity of Th and Pu, the indicated minimum sensitivity required to study the excretion rate and body burden of Th is 0.2 mu g/l of urine. Several spectrophotometric methods are capable of detecting this quantity of Th. Procedures for using these methods are detailed, and results are given from analyses using Chrome Azuro S, Thorin, and Morin. (D.E.B.) |
