Popis: | Ninhydrin-ferric reagent reacts highly and specifically with lysine at a pH value of 1.0. Ferric ion inhibits the reaction of ninhydrin with proline, ornithine, glycine, arginine, and histidine. This method can be used to determine a lysine sample of high concentration without dilution. It has a linear response range from 0.0625 to 0.5 mg lysine.HCl. |
