Popis:	Diffuse optical spectroscopy (DOS), which is used to image tumor metabolic response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC), shows large changes in tumor functional parameters with significant reductions in oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin for responders versus nonresponders.
