| Popis: | We present a rare case of reconstruction surgery of Ideberg type V intra-articular scapular fracture nonunion postoperatively. Sufficient osteotomy for the mobilization of displaced fragments and good visualization of the glenoid fossa by infraspinatus tenotomy, capsular incision, and partial detachment of the glenoid posterior labrum through the Judet approach contributed to a good anatomical reduction of the glenoid fossa and favorable clinical outcomes. We describe a detailed surgical technique, management and clinical outcomes after a 1-year follow-up, with a review of the literature. |
