Rural development management based on employment diversification

Popis: This study is aimed at identifying problems of rural development management, problems of uneven economic development of rural areas. The article proves that the effective implementation of strategic development goals in rural areas is directly related to the sustainable integrated development of rural areas, as well as the implementation of the process of diversification of the rural economy. The main tasks of the regional program for the creation and preservation of jobs in rural areas are also considered. The analysis of the economic and organizational directions of job evaluation, the program principles of project management, the implementation of which will increase the level of employment of rural residents, as well as reduce the unemployment rate in the regions of Russia, is carried out. The author's approaches to the interpretation of the concept of employment of the population are presented. It is concluded that the coordination of the environment in which the labor process takes place contributes to an increase in the level of employment of rural residents, as well as to a decrease in the unemployment rate, both in the Russian regions and the country as a whole. The necessity of implementing a strategy of employment diversification in rural areas is substantiated, the main directions of which include: the development of innovative new types of agricultural activities, the introduction of alternative forms of employment in rural areas.
