Popis: | A 40-year-old woman presented with a history of sudden abdominal pain. She had no medical or psychiatric history. On examination, she had diffuse abdominal pain and distension. C-Reactive protein was 4 mg/dl. Abdominal x-rays showed central air fluid levels. Abdominal CT scan revealed small bowel dilatation and a dozen foreign bodies a few centimetres in size localised in the terminal ileum. Images … |
