| Popis: | Twenty-nine patients undergoing uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) for snoring are presented. Ninety per cent expressed an overall improvement in their symptoms: 21 per cent had complete abolition of snoring. Postoperative complications included nasal regurgitation of food/fluids and hyponasal speech development. |
