Popis: | Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans (ACA) has hitherto mainly been described from northern, central and eastern parts of Europe. In recent years, there have been a few American case reports on ACA in connection with Lyme disease (Lavoie et al. 1986; Kaufman et al. 1989). Previously the majority of cases described from the United States referred to immigrants from Europe (Montgomery and Sullivan 1945). |
