Popis:	The prevalence of psychological disorders in pediatric patients with gliomas is unknown. Here we report a case of obsessive-compulsive disorder that developed after radiation therapy for an optic pathway glioma in a teenage girl with a sub-clinical personal and family history of compulsive behavior. This case report highlights the need to better understand risk factors for mental illness among pediatric brain tumor patients.
