Popis:	Background: Intussusception is one of the most common causes of abdominal pain in children and a frequent reason for admission. Many physicians observe these patients in the inpatient setting for 24-48 hours post reduction despite evidence demonstrating a low risk of recurrence in the first 24 hours and the safety of outpatient management following enema reduction.
