Popis: | As functional MR imaging (fMRI) continues to offer unparalleled advantages in probing neural activity, diagnostic applications continue to flourish. The evaluation of malformations caused by abnormalities of cortical development is an area in which fMRI has an emerging role and potential to provide new insights into epileptogenesis through multimodal integration with electroencephalagraphy. The clinical impact, however, is just beginning to be felt as new data emerge. |
