Popis: Women and girls are among the groups most vulnerable to the violation of their rights in the normal situation, and these risks and violations increase in the event of armed conflicts, so it was necessary to provide legal protection for them through international agreements, resolutions and declarations, and mere recognition and recognition of the rights of women and girls is not enough, but rather To involve women in the decision-making process and to participate in all aspects of economic and political life. Through this research paper, the rights granted to women and the mechanisms for their protection and their involvement in international peace and security operations were highlighted, and the tools provided by UN Security Council Resolution 1325, legal obligations and the pillars stemming from this resolution were highlighted.
