| Popis: | Overlying bowel gas or gastric distension may occasionally hinder the sonographic diagnosis of hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. To address this problem, a novel approach for obtaining posterior views of the pylorus is reported. Utilizing this approach may decrease the incidence of nondiagnostic pyloric ultrasonography. |
