Popis: | In order to aid groups in complex decision-making processes, the Multi-Actor Multi-Criteria Analysis (MAMCA) methodology has been developed. The MAMCA methodology differs from the classical approaches of Multi-Criteria Decision-Analysis (MCDA) in the fact that the different actors who are involved in a project, the so-called stakeholders, are explicitly involved throughout the steps. In this research, after a brief summary of the MAMCA methodology, we will present the MAMCA software, an interactive web tool which was established based on the aforementioned methodology. In the software, several visualizations are provided to aid decision makers with analysis of the problem at hand. Furthermore, we discuss how we adapted the PROMETHEE method to provide a comprehensive overview on the performance of the different solutions to the problem, so-called alternatives. The software and the visualizations are demonstrated with an example [13], a case study for the choice of an Urban Consolidation Center (UCC) in Brussels. |
