Popis: Aim.To develop a technique for the detection and separation of abacavir, lamivudine, zidovudine, both individually and combined with adaptol, azaleptin, analgin, amitriptyline, haloperidol, melipramine, neuleptil, phenobarbital, fluoxetine, and chlorprotixen using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Materials and methods. A column filled with ProntoSIL-120-5-C18 AQ was used, eluting with A [0.2 M lithium perchlorate − 0.005 M perchloric acid] − water (5: 95); eluent B is acetonitrile. Chromatography conditions: a linear gradient of the solvent is 3700 μl from 5 to 70% at a flow rate of 100 μl / min. The temperature of the column was 40°C. The results were processed with the help of the computer program MultiChrome (ZAO Ampersend, Moscow).Results. The method of separation and detection of combinations of abacavir, lamivudine, zidovudine with adaptol, azaleptin, analgin, amitriptyline, haloperidol, melipramine, neuleptil, phenobarbital, fluoxetine and chlorprotixene by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was developed.Conclusion. The developed technique allows detecting abacavir, zidovudine, lamivudine with the help of the HPLC method after isolation from urine separately or at combined poisonings with adaptolom, azaleptinom, dipyrone, amitriptilinom, galoperidolom, melipraminom, neuleptilom, phenobarbital, fluoxetine and hlorprotiksenom
