| Popis: | We present a case of fetal Diamond-Blackfan anemia (DBA) associated with hydrops fetalis and review the current literature focusing on the pathophysiology and presentation of DBA. We conclude that DBA should be considered as a possible etiology for fetal anemia even in the absence of a family history of anemia. |
