Popis: | With time-resolved vibrational spectroscopy new information is obtained about the structural environment and vibrational dynamics of acidic hydroxyls in proton loaded zeolites. From O-H vibrational population lifetimes of zeolite Y the authors conclude that part of the protons are hydrogen bonded. Furthermore, the vibrational dynamics of the O-H oscillators are influenced by a resonant coupling mechanism. [on SciFinder (R)] |
