Popis: Neolimnus quadricornis Khatri & Webb (Fig. 1D & K; Fig. 2D & K; Fig. 5A–G). Neolimnus quadricornis Khatri & Webb, 2010; Pakistan Measurements (mm): Male 3.75 long, 0.97 wide across eyes, 0.83 wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum. Material examined: 1 ♂, India: Delhi, 21.VIII.1939, at light, Hem Singh Pruthi (NPC). Diagnosis: Pygofer trapezoidal, longer than wide. Subgenital plate short, rounded apically in ventral view, stout hook like processes on inner dorsal margin, uniserate stout macrosetae laterally and across plate subapically (Fig. 5B). Style long and slender, bilobed anteriorly, apophysis long with rounded apex, preapical lobe absent. Connective large, Y-shaped with stem longer than arms; articulated with aedeagus. Aedeagus with shaft moderately long, tubular, curved dorsally, tapering to narrowing rounded apex, gonopore apical, two pair of lateral processes directed apically, one at midlength and one slightly more distal in sub apical region (Fig. 5F), dorsal apodeme well developed (Fig. 5G). Remarks: Khatri & Webb (2010) have adequately described both the male and female of the species. This species is identified in this study based on their descriptions and figures. It was previously recorded only from Pakistan. In this study it is recorded from India for the first time from the museum specimen collected by Dr. Hem Singh Pruthi in 1939. We provide illustrations for easy identification.
