Popis:	The creation and the launch of the UCITS in Morocco joins logically after the reforms begun since the beginning of the 90s, intended to liberalize the state economy by an extension of the possibilities of financing for companies and the creation of new products of investment proposed to the savers. In this respect, UCITS are financial instruments of mobilization of the savings which allow to forward the public savings to the investments, and the financing of the state economy, besides, these products, showed their utility in numerous countries so much in favour of the savers who signed. In the face of the interest which presents this kind of placements, the report of their misunderstanding by a wide public arouses the questioning which will be the object.
