Popis: | Summary Creatine kinase BB is the main CK isoenzyme expressed in murine hybridoma cells as assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis whereas it was found neither in splenocytes nor in myeloma cells. The presence of CK BB is a constant finding in all 10 murine hybridomas examined to date irrespective of the specificity of the secreted antibodies. |
