Popis: | Balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO) is an established therapy for gastric varices, but it has been used less frequently for mesenteric varices. This report describes the successful management of mesenteric varices with BRTO performed via an abdominal wall collateral vein detected on contrast medium-enhanced computed tomography. |
