Popis: Pyoderma gangrenosum, Acne, and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (PASH) is a rare inflammatory syndrome, the exact etiology and pathogenesis of which remains unknown. PASH syndrome belongs to the spectrum of Interleukin-1 driven auto-inflammatory diseases.InPatientsdiagnosed with PASH syndrome, various ways of treatment are available with individual differences in efficacy. We reporta new case of PASH syndrome that highlights the features of this rare condition and is coexisting with rheumatic heart disease and severe mitral valve regurgitation.
