Popis:	Department of Food Safety and Nutrition accepted the request of the State Veterinary and Food Administration to develop an opinion on the load and minimize the food chain by mycotoxins. The aim of this requirement is an opinion on the burden of the food chain and some plant commodities for mycotoxins, with particular emphasis on ochratoxin A and fumozines. According to the requirements of the main focus is concentrated on the problematic area of green and roasted coffee and some cereal products, respectively. materials.
