Popis: | The article presents the results of the analysis of modern hybrid armed conflicts, identifies their characteristics, considers a number of tactics used in such conflicts. Conclusions on the hybrid armed conflict of the Russian Federation against Ukraine are presented and actual hybrid threats to Ukraine are identified. An important area of hybrid struggle is the humanitarian sphere of the state, which includes education, science, culture and cultural heritage, issues of national identity. Hybrid threats and new challenges facing society, the state and the Armed Forces of Ukraine in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation have identified tasks for reforming the Armed Forces of Ukraine, further development of the military education system and improving the training of military specialists. The article presents the main tasks for achieving the goals of state policy in the military sphere, the sphere of defense and military construction in the field of military education and on their basis the general directions of improvement of the educational process are determined. Along with changes in the content of training, an updated method of conducting classes is proposed, which is based on an individual approach to each cadet, the development of his ability to think creatively and work independently. The main measures to improve the system of training of officers and sergeants, which will ensure the acquisition of new educational and professional competencies and interoperability with the armed forces of NATO member countries, have been identified. |
