Popis: | Physical review / D 83(3), 034035 (2011). doi:10.1103/PhysRevD.83.034035 We address the puzzle of $\sigma(\chi_{ c1})/\sigma(\chi_{c2})$ ratio at the collider and fixed-target experiments. We consider several factors that can affect the predicted ratio of the production rates. In particular, we discuss the effect of $\chi_{cJ}$ polarization, the effect of including next-to-leading order contributions, and the effect of probably different $\chi_{c1}$ and $\chi_{c2}$ wave functions.
