Popis: | Midazolam, administered intramuscularly was compared with papaveretum and hyoscine for premedication in patients undergoing gynaecological surgery. Midazolam proved to be a satisfactory agent for premedication compared with papaveretum and hyoscine, producing a similar degree of sedation and anxiolysis, but causing significantly more anterograde amnesia. |
