Popis: | Relevance of the article is determined by the need to create a system of advanced education by studying the need for potentially demanded features of future specialists. One of the components of advanced training is the specially organized advanced environment that enables to change fundamentally the education model. The authors have shown the need for changing the approach to training in order to ensure the transition to the formation of students' lasting creative and research skills, the ability to solve professionally oriented problems. The authors have studied the mathematical bachelor and master training in management based on the competence approach and contributing to the formation of professional competences. The author's model provides visualization, setting the structure and description of pedagogical functions in the environment of advanced training.
