Popis:	The occurrence of all-trans (-)-14,15-epoxygeranyl-geraniol in Pterodon pubescens Benth. is established, and its prophylactic activity against infection by Schitsosma mansoni demonstrated. Two other diterpenes present in the oil are inactive.
