Popis: | Objective — to study of therapeutic efficacy of acute period of atopic dermatitis with inclusion of probiotic strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG® in microencapsulated form) into the complex treatment.Materials and methods. A total of 36 children with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (SCORAD more than 20 points) in the exacerbation phase were examened. All patients were divided into 2 groups: the main group consisted of 26 children (average age 8.6±1.3 years old) and were administrated Preema® in complex therapy, the comparison group comprised 10 children (aged 9.1±2.0 years) treated with standard remedies.Results.
