| Popis: | Orientador: Debora Cristina Jeffrey Tese (doutorado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Faculdade de Educação Resumo: A pesquisa analisou os conhecimentos e saberes encontrados nas teses e dissertações direcionadas as Politicas Publicas de Educação de Jovens e Adultos, na Argentina e Brasil , que apresentam ou não a vertente emancipadora humana, contrária a lógica mercantilista promovida nos últimos anos na Educação Mundial em larga escala. Os dados foram selecionados a partir da pesquisa qualitativa de caráter bibliográfico (revisão bibliográfica) desenvolvida através do levantamento da produção acadêmica (teses e dissertações) entre os anos de 2010-2016, por meio de consulta aos repositório digitais da Argentina e do Brasil . As análises dos dados foram realizadas por meio do método (procedimento lógico) dialético crítico. Identificou-se que os saberes e conhecimentos de maior uso nas pesquisas focalizadas são os conhecimentos e saberes da abordagem dialética crítica e em seguida os conhecimentos e saberes da abordagem Pós-moderna. Constatou-se também que os conhecimentos e saberes latino americano e caribenho de abordagem anti-colonialidade e antimodernidade apresentou pouca visibilidade. Conclui-se que a pesquisa apresentou mais Novas Teses (Desdobramentos na pesquisa) do que Teses (o que se alcançou) e Antítese (o que não se alcançou) . Ou seja, A Tese, tornou-se Antítese, e a Antítese tornou-se Nova Tese. Essa Nova Tese agora na concretude/materialidade/objetividade da pesquisa torna-se novas indagações, novos caminhos, novas possibilidades, e assim o ciclo continua, dinâmico, compreensivo, conflituoso, processual, aberto as novas Antíteses, Novas Teses e Teses Abstract: The research analyzed the knowledge and to know found in theses and dissertations directed to the Public Policies of Youth and Adult Education, in Argentina and Brazil, which present or not the human emancipatory aspect, contrary to the mercantilist logic promoted in recent years in World Wide Education. scale. Data analyzes were performed using the critical dialectical method. It was identified that the knowledge and knowledge of greater use in the focused research are the knowledge and knowledge of the critical dialectical approach and then the knowledge and knowledge of the postmodern approach. It was also verified that the Latin American and Caribbean knowledge and knowledge of an anti-colonial and anti-modernity approach presented little visibility. It is concluded that the research presented more New Theses (Research Deployments) than Theses (what was achieved) and Antithesis (which was not reached). That is, The Thesis, became Antithesis, and Antithesis became New Thesis.
