Background: In humans, basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most prevalent type of cancer. We present a case of basal cell carcinoma in right infraorbital region, treated with resection and graft application. The face is the most common site for BCC, which means that while choosing a treatment modality, both cosmetic results and complete cures should be taken into account. Surgical resection is the gold standard treatment for non-melanoma skin tumors. Keywords: Basal Cell Carcinoma, cheek reconstruction. |
