The results of the study of the chemical composition of some parts of the plant Capparis spinosa L. from a previously unexplored place of growth near the Fergana region - root bark, roots, stems, leaves, flower buds, flowers and fruits. The quantitative composition of plant alkaloids and extractives in general, as well as 30 macro- and micronutrients, was studied. Extraction of organic matter was carried out in alcohol, and then, after treating the residue separated from the solvent with ammonium hydroxide, a mixture of alkaloids was sequentially extracted with chloroform and n-butanol. Plant-derived alkaloids and extractives have been developed in thin-layer chromatography (DLC) and column chromatography. The results showed that the content of alkaloids and macro and micro elements was higher than in studies from other growth sites. |
