Paradoxical delayed capture proved the dual-loop tachycardia mechanism of a cavotricuspid isthmus-dependent atrial flutter

Popis:	A 37-year-old man underwent catheter ablation for a cavotricuspid isthmus-dependent atrial flutter. Two 20-pole deflectable electrode catheters were placed in a parallel position on the tricuspid annulus and right atrial lateral wall. The dual-loop tachycardia mechanism of the atrial flutter was suggested by paradoxical delayed capture of the lateral wall of the right atrium during entrainment pacing from the lateral tricuspid annulus.
